Wow, though Kurt and I never got to see each other face to face, he has proven himself to be extremely trustworthy and reliable. I met reps of the other companies, none of whom came back to me with their quotes or even follow-up on quotes provided. Kurt, on the other hand, is always available and helpful. His strong client-centric ethics seem to filter down to his team of professionals, who in my opinion, are simply excellent. Thanks DigiGo for justifying my choice to entrust you with my installation. This company does what it sayes on the their webpage , no short cuts , running a 8kw inverter with 12panels for just over a year with zero trips or anytype of problems. Had a upgrade done on my wifi and after a year of the installl , i whatsapp them and was sorted sameday. Legends.

I cannot recommend Kurt and his team enough for their excellent service. The entire experience was super. Every step of the process was handled professionally. Kurt was extremely helpful in helping size the system correctly before a site visit, going so far as to run simulations for the estimate system performance and cost savings. Kudos should also be given to his team, who worked really hard during a hot day during a heatwave. The installation itself is very neat and tidy as well as per the photos. The other important thing is that the pricing of the installation was extremely competitive with what I looked at, and they included a lot of work in fixing up the DB board to be suitable for solar. The service received from Kurt Dodgen  was nothing short of exceptional. The response time with all correspondence was world class. The installation itself was neatly and professionally done. The recommended specifications provided for my needs were very accurate; I am almost completely off the grid; I only used 4 units from Eskom supply in 8 days; the rest is all PV and batteries. The staff is extremely friendly and managed to install my original system in a very short amount of time. The system was installed on 13/02/24 and has been running flawlessly. Then, due to changes in my household, I needed an upgrade. Kurt provided expert advice to meet my new needs and provided an extremely competitive quotation. The required parts were delivered the very next day. The installers showed up on time and had my system up-and-running in a very short time.
